By accessing or using ailistingjungle.com (the “site”), operated by AI Listing Jungle (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

AI Listing Jungle is an informational directory of AI tools and models with rankings, articles, learning guides and comparisons. The site is provided for general information only. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, including through automated traffic, scraping at a rate that burdens it, or attempts to manipulate votes, rankings or metrics;
  • submit false, misleading, infringing or abusive content, or claim a tool you do not represent;
  • copy, resell or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

Content and information

Rankings, scores, reviews, comparisons and descriptions are generated or written independently from publicly available information and our own judgement. They are provided in good faith but may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, and are not professional advice. Features, pricing and availability of third-party tools change often; please confirm details with the tool’s provider before relying on them or making a purchase.

Ads, sponsors and subscriptions

AI Listing Jungle is free to browse, and we may earn money from the site, including by displaying advertising, featuring sponsored placements or content, and offering paid subscriptions to tool owners. Sponsored or paid placements will be identified where they appear. Payment does not change a tool’s rankings, which are calculated from public usage data. If we add advertising, we will update our Privacy Policy accordingly.

Owner accounts and paid plans

  • You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may only claim or submit tools you are authorised to represent, and you confirm you have the right to the content (text, logos, images) you provide.
  • Listings and articles are reviewed before they appear, and we may edit, decline or remove content at our discretion.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • If a subscription lapses, paid features and badges may be withdrawn, and your listing may revert to the standard free format.
  • We may change plan features and prices going forward, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, data compilations and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt and distribute it on and in connection with the site.

The site links to and describes third-party tools and websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. All product names, logos and brands belong to their respective owners; their use here does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Listing Jungle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts or restrict access to the site at any time, particularly for breach of these terms. Owners can close their account from the owner area at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site’s operator, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
