What Is Eve?
Eve is an AI platform for plaintiff law firms. It raised a $103 million Series B led by Spark Capital at a valuation above $1 billion in September 2025, with Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed and Menlo Ventures also participating, after a $47 million Series A in January 2025. Sacra and Legal.io put total funding at $164 million, while StartupHub gives $105 million, which looks like an undercount.
Customer figures are partly inconsistent. Since its Series A, Eve says it has added 350 firms to reach more than 450, processing over 200,000 legal cases a year. A March 2026 press release reported general availability of Eve 2.0 after deployment across more than 900 plaintiff firms, which conflicts with the 450-plus count and may use a different definition. No 2026 funding round or valuation change was found, and no pricing information turned up. A low-confidence StartupHub model gives a much lower valuation of $375 million, which is an estimate rather than a funding event.
