The most recent sources say Loox now has a free tier, but older listings still show the previous paid-only structure, so check the live pricing page. Beginner (free) includes 100 review request emails a month, discounts in exchange for photo reviews, more than 10 widgets and a review importer for stores up to 500 orders, and one source says that past 500 orders Loox moves you onto the paid Convert plan automatically. Older pre-2026 listings show Beginner at $9.99 and Scale at $34.99, with Scale supporting up to 300 orders a month and adding $35 per extra 300 orders, and one source says Scale is now closed to new stores.
