HiddenLayer is a security platform for protecting AI models and, increasingly, AI agents. Its AISec platform covers supply chain security, runtime defence, posture management and automated red teaming. On September 2, 2026 HiddenLayer announced a $100 million Series B led by Delta-v Capital, with Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, M12, Microsoft's venture fund and Booz Allen Ventures participating. Reports put total fundraising at roughly $156 million across three rounds, while LeadIQ says $107 million as of August 2026, and Dealroom lists an earlier $50 million Series A that one source dates to 2023, so the totals conflict. The money is earmarked for Agentic Runtime Security and Agent Harness Security aimed at AI coding agents. Other 2026 news includes a collaboration with Cohere and selection for the US Missile Defense Agency's SHIELD contract in January 2026.

HiddenLayer's pricing page returned a not-found error when I tried to read it, and none of my searches turned up pricing, licensing tiers or contract values for AISec, so treat it as contact sales. One listing describes the licence only as commercial. Because the product spans model scanning, runtime protection and red teaming, ask which modules a quote includes and how models, agents or requests are counted. As a specialist, it is often evaluated alongside generative AI firewalls and data-loss tools rather than traditional endpoint products.
