RWS is a language and localisation services company with AI translation technology, including Language Weaver and the Trados tools. My attempt to read RWS's homepage returned an accepted status with an empty body, so I could not verify anything from its own site, and since services are sold by project and licence I treat pricing as contact sales. The financial picture comes from its half-year results for the six months to March 31, 2026, reported on June 11, 2026: revenue rose about 5% to £360.3 million, with organic constant-currency growth about 7%, adjusted profit before tax up 33% to £24.0 million and adjusted EBITDA up 20% to £45.7 million. One report says AI-related products and services grew to 32% of group revenue, with strong double-digit organic growth in Generate and an exceptional performance in TrainAI.

Product news included the launch of Language Weaver Pro, described as an advanced AI translation platform built with Cohere, and the acquisition of Obviously Group, an AI-enabled IP and brand management firm, in early May. Management expects mid-single-digit organic revenue growth for the full year, shares fell 13.5% to 88.88p after the results, and I found nothing on an Evolve acquisition. RWS is a large language services provider, so the buying decision is usually a service contract covering translation, content and AI data, not a self-serve product.
