Tipalti is accounts payable and global payments automation. I found no per-payee price, and the figures come from third-party sites that disagree. Capterra-listed entry pricing puts the Accounts Payable module at a $99 flat rate a month, and one review site says Mass Payments starts at $249 a month, both with unpublished transaction fees. One site says Vendr's data from 41 purchases shows a median buyer paying about $15,400 a year, with observed contracts from roughly $2,500 to $27,000, though I could not confirm that on Vendr's own page. Vendr's marketplace page gives size bands that look like broad estimates, with small deployments at $20,000 to $45,000 a year and mid-market $50,000 to $100,000.

Per-transaction fees are negotiated in tiers, Vendr's page giving an example of $1.50 per transaction at low volume falling to $0.75 at high volume, while another site lists ACH fees at $0.50 to $2.00 and domestic wires at $10 to $25. One site flags an FX spread of 1.9% to 3% on cross-border payouts as the main hidden cost. A rough per-payee figure would need your volume data: divide the annual cost by the number of payees or payments. Ask for an itemised quote covering platform, transaction and FX fees, and implementation.
