Individuals can choose Community, shown with two prices, $14.99 a month and $9.99 a month, with a monthly or yearly toggle saving 20%, but the page does not label which is which, so $14.99 is presumably monthly and $9.99 annual. Community includes 3 hours a month of Premium captions, then $4.99 an hour. Organisations and venues see Pro, Enterprise, Welcome, Welcome Pro and Event plans by contact, with a 15-day free trial for organisations, 7 days for venues and a 15-minute trial. A comparison table shows Scribe captions at 30 minutes included, then $1.65 a minute on one column and $1.25 on another, with billing period unstated.

The page is inconsistent on accuracy, saying 95% in the feature table but 90% in the Premium captions text, and third-party text says Premium captions are 90% accurate and 98% with a Scribe, with Scribe humans reviewing live at 99%. Another source's from-$129-an-hour figure belongs to a different service, so ignore it. Unlimited Premium captions and Scribe require Pro or Enterprise organisation plans, which are quoted separately. I did not find an official 2026 announcement changing the plan structure. For individuals, the free tier may be enough for casual use, while workplace accommodations may justify Pro.
