Free is $0 with 45 AI transcription and caption minutes a month, 1 user and 5 files at a time. Essentials is $25.49 per seat a month billed annually, or $29.99 monthly, $305.90 a year, with 5,000 AI minutes per user a month, 3 users and 10 files. Pro is $47.99 a month annually or $59.99 monthly, $575.88 a year, with 10,000 AI minutes per user, 5 users and 50 files. Unlimited is custom through a specialist. Human transcription is $1.99 a minute, human captions start at $1.99 a minute, legal rough draft is $2.25 a page, legal premium $2.50 a page and global subtitles $6.49 to $15.99 a minute depending on language. Subscribers get 3% to 15% off human services. The page shows a banner about technical difficulties with its payment system.

Rev's AI page lists AI transcription at $0.25 a minute pay-as-you-go, with 95%-plus accuracy in five minutes or less, though third parties put accuracy nearer 90% to 95%, and Vendr reports negotiated volume rates of $0.15 to $0.20 a minute at 500-plus hours a month. Some third-party pages show human transcription at $1.50 a minute, which looks older. Sonix says Rev Max is an older subscription not available to new customers, which I could not confirm. The hybrid of fast AI and optional human review is the main reason to choose Rev over AI-only tools, but human work is far costlier per minute.
