What Is Exabeam?
Exabeam is a security analytics and SIEM platform that uses AI and behaviour analytics. The Exabeam and LogRhythm merger closed in July 2024, with one source giving July 17 as the completion date, and the combined company operates as Exabeam under Thoma Bravo ownership. It has two product lines: the cloud-native New-Scale Security Operations Platform and the self-hosted LogRhythm SIEM, with the former Axon cloud product retired after the merger. Exabeam launched Agent Behavior Analytics in 2025 to detect threats from autonomous AI agents, and New-Scale builds behavioural baselines and dynamic risk scores for users and entities. LogRhythm Intelligence is an add-on that brings machine-learning AI to LogRhythm SIEM.
Exabeam's pricing page, read directly, shows no prices or plan names, only demo and contact calls to action, so this is a contact-sales product. Third-party sources conflict on the model: one says New-Scale is billed on daily log volume, with Fusion at $51,000 for 50 GB a day, $88,000 for 100 and $210,000 for 300, while another says pricing is by monitored users, sources and modules. A directory estimate puts New-Scale Fusion near $75,000 a year, and a TCO estimate puts a mid-market LogRhythm deployment near $351,000 a year, with staffing the largest share. LogRhythm licensing is described as either MPS-based or under a True Unlimited Data Platform model.
Exabeam suits mid-size and large SOCs that want UEBA-led detection. Compare Securonix, Splunk and Elastic Security. Browse the Cybersecurity tools directory for more.
