CREXi, short for Commercial Real Estate Exchange, is a commercial real estate marketplace and analytics platform. Search results show only one paid tier with published prices. Intelligence costs $249 per user per month, or $2,388 per user per year, according to third-party listings, with one directory listing $299 a month instead. The PRO plans, Listing PRO, All PRO and Enterprise PRO, are priced only on request, per CRE Daily's 2026 review, so I found no public figures for them, and no tiers named Basic or Platinum. A free plan exists, letting users list unlimited properties for free and view basic property details, but it does not include the paid Intelligence data.

Sources differ on structure: G2 lists seven pricing editions starting at $0 while Software Advice lists five. One review site estimates $2,400 to $10,000 or more per user per year for paid plans, which is an estimate rather than an official price. One reviewer reported being charged $252 a month after cancelling a plan that a salesperson pitched, so read the contract and cancellation terms carefully before signing. As with most commercial real estate platforms, the cheapest way in is to list properties free and add data tools only if you need them.
