Horizon3.ai makes NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform delivered as self-service SaaS. It raised a $250 million Series E at a valuation above $2 billion, co-led by NightDragon and New Enterprise Associates, with reports dating the announcement to early August 2026. Total capital raised is given as $428.5 million by one source and $678.5 million by another, which looks like an error. One source says revenue approaches $100 million with 120% year-over-year growth across roughly 7,200 organisations, and another says NodeZero has completed 310,000 production-safe tests across more than 7,200 customer environments, according to the company's chief revenue officer. In late July 2026 NodeZero WebApp Pentesting extended testing to web applications, and new capital also funds autonomous blue-team remediation tooling.

Horizon3's pricing URL returned a not-found error when I tried to read it and the company does not publish prices, so this is contact sales. A competitor's blog, Stingrai, reports AWS Marketplace list prices from August 2026: Flex at $15,000 for a one-time test of 1,000 assets, and Core, Pro and Elite at $25,000, $32,500 and $42,500 per 12 months for 500 assets. That is secondhand and from a rival, so verify it on the marketplace. Pricing by asset count means cost grows with your environment, and the Flex one-time test is a low-commitment way to trial it.
