What Is JazzHR?
JazzHR is an applicant tracking system built for small businesses. It tracks inbound applicants from job boards and a careers page, and all plans include unlimited users on flat fees rather than per-seat charges. It is owned by Employ Inc., which also owns Jobvite and Lever. JazzHR integrates with Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, BambooHR, ADP Workforce Now, Criteria and Spark Hire, and it is an applicant tracker rather than a sourcing tool, so it does not search candidate databases.
Prices differ across sources. A page checked against JazzHR's own site on October 13, 2026 lists Hero at $1,000 a year billed annually or $110 a month, with Plus about $3,480 a year and Pro about $5,508 a year. A PricingSaaS change log reports the same Pro figure. Other sites quote older monthly numbers of roughly $75, $269 and $420, and Capterra lists $99, $325 and $499, which look outdated. Hero's job cap is the main constraint, with extra jobs costing around $9 per job a month, and add-ons such as texting, eSignature and advanced reporting are billed separately on Hero and Plus.
JazzHR suits small companies that hire a handful of roles at a time and want an affordable ATS. Compare Breezy HR, Workable and Recruitee. Browse the HR & Recruiting tools directory for more.
