Plan prices are consistent across the sources I found, but the AI credit details come only from third-party review sites, so verify them on Planner 5D's own pricing page. The Free plan has unlimited projects and about half the furniture catalogue with no subscription, and one review says free exports are watermarked. Premium is $19.99 a month or $59.99 a year, and the annual rate works out to about $4.99 a month, which is why many listings say from $4.99 a month. A pricing page checked on May 19, 2026 lists Premium at $4.99 a month billed annually or $19.99 month to month. Professional is $49.99 a month or $399.99 a year, about $33.33 a month annually, and adds unlimited 4K renders, custom 3D model uploads, 360 walkthrough, CAD export and a branded profile. Enterprise is a custom quote.

For AI, AI Studio runs on a separate balance from AI Floor Plan recognition allowances. Premium includes 100 credits monthly or 1,200 annually and Professional includes 1,000 monthly or 12,000 annually. Render limits are a separate matter: one source reports monthly Premium gets 5 renders and 5 custom textures per period, while yearly Premium gets 60 of each. I found no information on how many credits each AI generation consumes. Because the annual discount is steep, most regular users should compare the yearly figure, but test the free version first to see whether the catalogue and output fit your use.
