Rapid7's own pricing page, read directly, shows starting prices for a few products only: InsightVM starts at $1.62 a month per asset for 500 assets, InsightAppSec at $175 a month per app, and InsightCloudSec at $5,775 a month for up to 500 instances, with unlimited user accounts included. MDR, Exposure Command and Next-Gen SIEM show no prices, only Learn More links, and the page mentions no free plan or trial. The AWS Marketplace listing for the Command Platform is quote-based, with a $10,000 12-month entry in its table.
Third-party figures for InsightIDR conflict: one lists $5.89 per asset per month, another $3.58, $5.61 and $7.69 for Essential, Advanced and Ultimate covering up to 500 assets with 13-month retention, and G2 data shows a fully licensed plan from $2,156 a month with a 500-asset minimum billed annually. VendorBenchmark says bundles of two products earn 8% to 14% off and full Command Platform commitments 22% to 30%, which are estimates. My search found nothing confirming Rapid7 AI agents or any take-private deal, so I make no claim about either; its AI is best understood as machine-learning detection and prioritisation inside the platform, so check what the current AI features are before buying.
