Temi

Temi is a fast automated transcription service, owned by Rev according to 2026 reviews, that Whipscribe describes as Rev's machine-only transcription product. Temi's pricing URL returned a not-found error when I tried to read it, and the homepage fetch returned only a title with no body text, so I could not verify prices or even that the site is fully live, and I treat it as contact sales for this listing. Most third-party sources list $0.25 per audio minute, or $15 an hour, with no subscription and a free first transcript up to 45 minutes, matching Rev's own automated rate. ToolRadar notes the price rose from $0.10 to $0.25 a minute over recent years. Temi supports English only, and Sonix says it has fewer features than Rev at comparable rates, while a competitor, Smallest.ai, says speaker identification is limited, so discount that claim.

Because Rev itself now sells AI transcription from $0.25 a minute with fuller features and subscriptions, Temi is mainly a simple pay-as-you-go option for occasional users. A VidNotes comparison lists different Rev prices that conflict with this, so treat it as unreliable. I could not confirm whether the product is still being developed, so check the site in a browser before relying on it, and consider Rev's own AI tier as the maintained alternative. Quality on noisy audio and multiple speakers tends to be weaker than newer models.

Temi suits occasional users who need a quick English transcript without a subscription. Compare Rev, Notta and Sonix. Browse the Speech & Transcription tools directory for more.
