What Is Wordbee?

Wordbee is a translation management system with a CAT editor, integrations and an Agentic AI add-on. Wordbee's own pricing page, read directly, prices per power user, billed annually, in euros with USD, GBP and CHF on request. The Translator plans are named Essential, Smart, Enterprise and Infinity, but only Enterprise showed a price in the fetched text, at €150 per power user a month with 20 power users, 500 linguists, 5 TB of storage and 1,500 API calls an hour. The other tiers' prices were not visible, possibly hidden behind tabs or sales, and a freelancer plan is by contact, so I list pricing as paid with partial figures. The Agentic AI add-on sits on top of any plan and uses your own LLM keys, at €450 a month for Agentic Pro with 3 AI workflows and 2 providers, €1,350 for Agentic Business with 10 workflows and 4 providers, and €3,150 for Agentic Enterprise with unlimited.

Agentic plans include unlimited users and are billed annually, and a 90-day pilot of Agentic Pro costs €299 a month, credited toward the first annual invoice, with one-time setup fees unquantified. There is no free tier. Wordbee provides orchestration, QA and brand voice controls around your OpenAI, Claude, Mistral or Gemini keys. It is a web TMS with a REST API on every plan and more than 15 integrations such as Unity, AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal and GitHub, with no desktop app. The footer reads 2026 with a live docs link and no acquisition news. Because you bring your own model keys, model costs are additional.

Wordbee suits language service providers and enterprise localisation teams. Compare Phrase, Smartling and Pairaphrase. Browse the Translation & Language tools directory for more.
