Omni is a business intelligence platform built on a semantic model, a governed context graph that stores metric definitions, business logic and permissions. The same model powers dashboards, workbooks, spreadsheets, ad-hoc SQL and AI queries. Omni's own press release says it raised a $120 million Series C at a $1.5 billion valuation in April 2026, led by ICONIQ with existing investors Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures and GV also taking part, and the round includes a $30 million employee tender offer. The previous valuation was $650 million in March 2025, and the company says revenue tripled over the prior year. Several outlets, including SiliconANGLE and Business Wire, covered the round, and the team is described as ex-Looker.
