Preset is a managed Apache Superset platform for dashboards and analytics, created by the project's original team. Preset's own pricing page was not found, and third-party sites disagree. One listing (7wData) describes a free tier for up to five users, a Professional tier at $20 per user per month billed annually ($25 monthly) and custom Enterprise pricing. Enterprise reportedly adds extra workspaces, dbt integration, SSO, SCIM, audit logs and AI features. Embedded dashboards are a $500-a-month add-on for 50 viewer licences on Professional and Enterprise.
Another source (deployable.sh) says Preset starts at $100 a month plus $6 per user, but that $6 figure looks like Metabase's pricing, so it may be mixing products up. A Valiotti guide says serious team sizes land in the low four figures a month. Other managed Superset hosts exist, such as Stellar Hosted at €49 (Standard), €149 (Premium) and from €249 (Custom) a month, with a Premium SLA add-on at €99. Apache Superset itself is free and open source under Apache 2.0, so you can self-host without Preset.
