What Is CustomGPT.ai?

CustomGPT.ai is a no-code platform for building business chatbots trained on your own content. CustomGPT's own pricing page, read directly, lists Standard at $99 a month, or $89 billed annually, Premium at $499 monthly or $449 annually, and Enterprise as custom. Plans are defined by limits, not seats or resolutions: Standard offers 10 agents, 5,000 documents per agent, 60 million words and 1,000 queries a month, and Premium 25 agents, 20,000 documents per agent, 300 million words and 5,000 queries a month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and the FAQ says a credit card is required. Add-ons are priced per month: 2,500 extra queries at $375, 300 million extra words of storage at $300, 100,000 extra documents at $100, 25 extra agents at $100 and 5 extra seats at $100.

One review says CustomGPT's pricing page states Enterprise typically runs $2,000 to $6,000 a month, but the page I read gave no figure, so treat that range as unverified. Another review gives different Standard limits of 500 query credits and 2 agents, which it says come from older pricing, and contradicts the official site, so rely on the vendor's figures. Query volume is the main cost driver: a support bot that answers thousands of questions a month will push you from Standard to Premium or into the query add-on at $375 per 2,500, so estimate your traffic first.

CustomGPT.ai suits businesses that want a retrieval-based chatbot over their documents without coding. Compare Denser, SiteGPT and Botsonic. Browse the Customer Support tools directory for more.
