What Is Tettra?
Tettra is an internal knowledge base with an AI assistant that answers questions in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Tettra's own pricing page, read directly, lists dollar prices per user per month. Scaling is $8 per user with a 10-user minimum, with yearly billing at 20% off, a 30-day free trial with no card, and an FAQ saying that paying annually earns two free months. Enterprise is custom with SSO and SCIM included, hands-on training, custom import and onboarding and custom reporting. The FAQ still refers to Basic and Professional plans that the plan list no longer shows, so it is out of date. After the trial you are asked to enter a card to continue.

The footer reads Tettra, Inc. 2026 with a status page. A 10-user minimum means very small teams pay for seats they do not need.
