What Is Salesforce Service Cloud?
Salesforce Service Cloud, now marketed as Agentforce Service, is a customer service platform with built-in AI agents. Salesforce's own pricing page, read directly, lists Starter Suite at $25 per user a month, billed monthly or annually with transaction fees applying, Pro Suite at $100 billed annually with a contract, Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550 billed annually, with Max through Contact Us and including 2.75 million Flex Credits per organisation per year. Each of the lower editions offers a free trial. Agentforce for Service, Casey the help agent and access to outcome-based pricing are listed as available for purchase, Enhanced Messaging is an additional $75 per user a month, and Next Best Action allows 5,000 requests per user a month. Billing is per user per month.
Older sources describe Enterprise at $165 to $175 and Unlimited at $330 to $350, and Agentforce 1 Service at $550, which have been replaced by the page's newer Core and Advanced editions. Agentforce usage is largely sold as Flex Credits, with one source citing $500 per 100,000 credits, and a vendor claim that Agentforce costs $2 per conversation may be an estimate, since Salesforce does not publish a flat rate. Agentforce for Service requires a Service Cloud subscription. Total cost depends on seats, AI usage and implementation, so enterprises typically budget well above the seat price.
Salesforce Service Cloud suits large organisations that need deep customisation and AI agents at scale. Compare HubSpot Service Hub, LiveChat and Capacity. Browse the Customer Support tools directory for more.
